Aashish Dawadi

President

Mr.Aashish Dawadi, the President of AMES Board 2021/22, is an aspiring, optimistic and focused third-year undergraduate at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. With a strong grasp of a clear vision, compassion and encouragement, Mr. Dawadi is a perfect example of an inspiring and reliable leader. He endeavors in leading the team to success through excellent organization and multitasking skills. Being a proactive student of  Design and Manufacturing specialization, he is currently engaged in the research activities at Green Hydrogen Lab. Prayush Karki

Mr. Prayush Karki, a person with endless creative energy, is currently a second-year Mechanical Engineering student at Kathmandu University. He is serving as the Vice President for the AMES board 2021/2022. His avid interest in Graphics design serves as an outlet for his creativity. With extensive knowledge in Solidworks, he can give form to his imaginative ideas through his CAD models. He approaches all of his tasks with enthusiasm and always brings fresh ideas to club discussions. He is currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Design lab of Kathmandu University. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, reading books and travelling.

Ms.Kusum khatiwada, a second year mechanical engineering student specializing in automobile is currently serving as a joint secretary at AMES. She is a person filled with various interests including astrophysics, rocket science and machine learning. In her free time she likes to read, write and listen to classic rock. This avid reader looks forward to contributing her skills and knowledge in artificial intelligence in near future. Mr. Milish Dhungel, a boy having wide range of hobbies is pursuing his dream of becoming a mechanical engineer in Kathmandu University. Choosing Design and manufacturing as the sub-division, he aims in planning and developing innovative technologies in the field.Currently the treasurer of AMES board 2021/22, he thrives in gaining wisdom from all places possible. Mausam Bhurtel

Mr. Mausam Bhurtel, currently a third-year student at Department of Mechanical Engineering specialising in Energy Technology is serving as the executive member for the AMES board 2021/2022. He is a dedicated, hardworking and ambitious student currently developing a strong connection with energy systems specially renewable energy, product design and computational methods of problem solving like FEM and CFD. Furthermore, he is also  involved in graphics designing proactively, on which he thinks divergently to find creative and innovative ideas and designs. He is always energetic and eager to learn new skills. He is flexible and adaptive at handling multiple tasks competently with a good sense of humor, which assists him to work well under pressure.

Ms.Strena Shrestha, currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering with specialization in design and manufacturing is an active Executive member of AMES board 2021 . Mr. Sangam Bhandari, a creative, intelligent, and intellectual, second-year Mechanical Engineering student with a specialization in Energy Technology at Kathmandu University. Mr. Ashmat Chhetri, currently a 2nd-year undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Student Specializing in Automobile at Kathmandu University. He is an executive member of the AMES Board 2021/2022 who believes in imagination and transforming those into creative ideas. Talking about him, he is always eager to learn new skills, he is a team player who likes to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve goals. He is a fun-loving person with a field of interest in photography and video editing, enjoys watching movies and traveling to new places, a music lover (plays guitar sometimes) and loves to play chess.
