 Lusha collects business contact and similar information related to indi=
viduals when they are working in their=20
 professional or employment capacity, and uses this information to creat=
e professional profiles of individuals=20

sses (=E2=80=9CBusiness Profiles=E2=80=9D), collectively referred=20
 to as =E2=80=9CProfiles=E2=80=9D. We provide this information to=
 our customers, who are businesses trying to reach business=20
 professionals for their own business-to-business sales, marketing, and =
recruiting activities.

 Lusha and its customers, or those of our partners, may use the informat=
ion to market their services to your employer or to contact you about prof=
essional or business opportunities.
 The information is provided to customers or partners subject to restric=
tive license agreements that limit the use to those specified purposes and=
 prohibit the unauthorized use or transfer of the information.
 Lusha's customers may obtain the information via password-protected acc=
ount-based access to our Database.

the Lusha Community Program, and other research conducted by our in-house r=

scans publicly available sources and retrieves public information with adva=
nced tools. Because information=20
from several sources may be combined into one record, it may be difficult o=
r near impossible to identify the exact=20
source of one particular piece of information.
